This month our topic of discussion would be one of the theoretical approaches of the design process “Jobs to be done” or JTBD, which helps you think differently about your product and what it needs to do.

JTBD is the study of “why” rather than “how” people use the products. It is not a framework or method. It focuses on why a user ‘really’ needs your product.
